Ground Friction Conveyor System
The complete friction conveyor system comprises a track system, drive units (dual-drive for straight sections, left-run straight section drive unit, right-run straight section drive unit, left-run curved section drive unit, right-run curved section drive unit, left-run transition section drive unit, right-run transition section drive unit), switches (left switch, right switch, left-right switch, cross switch), trolley assemblies, stoppers, positioning devices, conveying elevators (belt and chain elevators), transfer cars, transfer car inspection fixtures, transfer car maintenance lifting platforms, forklift transplanters, steel structure systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical control systems. When integrated with custom transfer equipment, it enables seamless transfer between different conveying systems.

The ground friction conveyor is a mechatronic material handling system independently developed by our company. Primarily designed for automated production lines in the automotive industry, it integrates conveying, storage, and production organization functions. Featuring a simple structure, flexible process layout, and rapid modular installation, it offers freely adjustable speed control with zero noise and vibration, along with convenient maintenance. Ground friction conveying technology represents an innovative approach that replaces chain conveyors with friction-based systems. This method shifts away from traditional chain-driven conveyance, instead utilizing the friction force between a power unit (friction wheel) and a load-bearing medium (trolley) to transport workpieces |
