Plate Chain Conveyor System
The plate chain conveyor line primarily consists of a drive unit, drive shaft assembly, tension shaft assembly, drive shaft support, tension shaft support, intermediate frame, head pit steel structure, tail pit steel structure, pit covers at both ends, conveyor chain, maintenance pit, platform surface, guide rails, and electrical control equipment.
Commonly used in interior assembly lines, adjustment lines, final assembly lines, and inspection lines, the conveyor features variable-frequency speed control. Personnel stand on the plate chain and move along with its progression.

Plate chain conveyor systems can be categorized by material into plastic plate chains and steel plate chains. Based on application scenarios, they feature two structural configurations: single-plate chains and double-plate chains. Depending on line requirements, supports can be added to the chain plates to accommodate various workpieces. Workpieces can be manually lifted onto the plate chain at the loading position. An automatic transfer device can be installed at the loading station to enable automatic transfer between conveyor lines. |
