Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) Conveyor System
The drag chain conveyor line primarily consists of a drive unit, transmission shaft assembly, tension shaft assembly, transmission shaft support, tension shaft support, intermediate frame, head pit steel structure, tail pit steel structure, pit covers at both ends, traction chain, maintenance pit, track system, and electrical control equipment.
Commonly used in interior assembly lines and chassis lines, the system features variable-frequency speed control. Materials are placed on the traction carts, which move continuously at a constant speed along the traction chain. Personnel stand on the covers and open areas on both sides of the line to perform assembly and adjustment tasks.

Depending on the scope of the wire layout, drag chains are categorized into vertical return drag chains and circular return drag chains. Based on production line usage and varying client process requirements, traction trolleys are available in integrated or modular configurations. Due to spatial and process constraints, they also feature automatic return or manual traction return. Workpieces are typically loaded onto the drag chain manually at the loading position. Alternatively, a side-loading device can be added at the loading station. After the workpiece rests on the side-loading device, the operator manually adjusts the traction trolley position, and the workpiece is automatically lowered to complete the transfer. The line can also implement ascending and descending functions at specific workstations based on process requirements, commonly used in tire assembly stations. |
