Skateboard Conveyor System
The conveying system equipment consists of the following basic units:
Transfer hoist, rapid drive unit, main (auxiliary) drive unit, damping brake unit, scissor lift table or eccentric lifting roller bed, rotary table, chain transfer machine or wheeled transfer car, roller bed with supports, sliding plate, etc.
The aforementioned equipment constitutes the basic units of the conveying system and can be flexibly configured according to the process flow.

The Sliding Board Conveyor (SC6030G Roller-Type Sliding Board/SC6030L Wheel-Pressure Sliding Board) is a newly developed ground and overhead three-dimensional conveying system by our company. Its conveying mechanism converts the friction force generated by friction wheels tightly pressed against the sides of the sliding board into driving force for linear movement of the load, enabling ground-level linear conveying of the sliding board. Combined with other conveying equipment, it ultimately achieves three-dimensional ground and overhead transportation of goods. The skate conveyor system originated and is widely adopted in automotive assembly lines across Europe and America, with applications in the automotive manufacturing sectors of Germany, the United States, France, and other nations. This has correspondingly formed major application series such as German-style, American-style, and French-style systems. Skate conveyor systems see large-scale implementation in interior assembly and final assembly lines within the automotive manufacturing industry. Notably, this conveying system is universally employed for ground transportation in the interior assembly and final assembly processes of passenger vehicles. |
