AD Material Conveying System
The AD material handling system primarily consists of rails, connecting fittings, tool trolleys, longitudinal rail trolleys, cable trolleys, and cables, forming a lightweight material transport and suspension system. It is widely used in automated conveyor lines across various industries including automotive, motorcycle, home appliances, apparel and tobacco, electroplating, and machinery. It can also be employed for suspending and moving cables on machinery requiring mobile power supply.

The track utilizes specially rolled structural steel, offering lightweight construction with high strength. Flexible connection fittings enable the conveyor to swing forward, backward, left, and right within a certain range, maximizing the elimination of horizontal load impact forces caused by various factors while facilitating installation and adjustment. Various pulleys are formed by die-pressing high-quality steel plates, featuring simple, lightweight structures with excellent interchangeability. The wheels incorporate high-precision bearings, ensuring smooth rolling, low resistance, extended service life, and minimal maintenance requirements. Trolleys within the track can be connected to hand chain hoists, electric chain hoists, balancers, and various electric or pneumatic tools to achieve the suspension, movement, and transportation of tools and materials. |
