Rigid Flip Machine
The rigid turning machine is a specialised vehicle chassis turning device developed by our company to meet the practical requirements of automotive manufacturers. This equipment enables the assembly of components such as leaf springs, axles, and front/rear axles to transition from bottom-up to top-down installation, enhancing both comfort and safety during assembly. It not only reduces labour intensity and improves efficiency but also significantly simplifies the assembly process. The rigid turning machine primarily comprises a main and auxiliary carriage, lifting assembly, turning clamp, lifting belt, and control system. It can be integrated with conveyor systems such as AGVs and drag chains. Its key distinction from flexible turning machines lies in its capability for fully automated turning without manual assistance.

The rigid flipping machine consists of front and rear vehicle units traveling on light rail tracks. Each unit lifts the lifting assembly via a conveyor belt, while flipping jaws on both units clamp the frame and execute a 180° rotation. The flipped frame is automatically placed onto the support frame of an AGV or floor drag chain. The entire process—from part retrieval to lifting/flipping to part placement—is fully automated by the flipping machine. |
