The Technology Center is responsible for the research and development of new products and technologies, technical design for engineering projects and non-standard equipment, scientific and technological intelligence, and standardization work. The center comprises a research institute and a technology development department. It currently employs 93 R&D personnel, including 27 senior engineers and 52 engineers. Among them are 2 provincial-level experts and 4 municipal-level experts with outstanding contributions. The center has built a well-structured R&D team primarily composed of young and middle-aged professionals with a balanced age distribution and specialized expertise, and has been recognized as a Key Industrial Innovation Team in Hubei Province.
