I. Design Principles and Features 1. Design Principles: The GGD-type AC low-voltage switchgear cabinet is a newly designed low-voltage distribution cabinet developed in accordance with requirements from the Ministry of Energy, extensive electricity users, and design departments. It adheres to principles of safety, economy, rationality, and reliability. 2. Product Features: It possesses high breaking capacity, excellent dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical configurations, convenient assembly, strong series compatibility, high practicality, innovative structure, and high protection rating. II. Structural Features 1. Cabinet Form: Employing a universal cabinet configuration, the frame is partially welded from 8MF cold-formed steel sections. Frame components and specialised accessories are supplied by designated steel profile manufacturers to ensure cabinet precision and quality. 2. Modular Design: Universal cabinet components are designed according to modular principles, featuring 20-module mounting holes. High universal compatibility enables pre-production, thereby shortening manufacturing cycles and enhancing operational efficiency. 3. Heat Dissipation Design: Comprehensive consideration is given to heat dissipation during cabinet operation. Multiple ventilation slots are incorporated at both the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When electrical components generate heat, the rising thermal air is expelled through the upper slots, while cool air is continuously drawn into the cabinet via the lower slots. This creates a natural ventilation pathway from bottom to top within the sealed cabinet, effectively dissipating heat. 4. Door Design: Cabinet doors are connected to the frame via pivot-type hinges, facilitating easy installation and removal. A V-shaped rubber-plastic strip is embedded along the door's folded edge. Upon closing, this strip compresses slightly between the door and frame, preventing direct impact between door and cabinet while enhancing the door's protection rating. 5. Earthing Protection: Instrument doors housing electrical components are connected to the frame via multi-strand flexible copper wire, establishing a complete earthing protection circuit throughout the cabinet. 6. Appearance and Protection: The cabinet surface finish employs polyester orange-baked paint, offering strong adhesion and excellent texture. The overall cabinet presents a matt finish, eliminating glare effects. 7. The enclosure's protection rating is IP30. Users may also select ratings between IP20 and IP40 according to environmental requirements. III. Electrical Performance 1. Rated Parameters: Rated voltage is 380V, with rated current ranging from 630A to 4000A (specifications may vary slightly across documentation but generally fall within this range). Rated short-circuit breaking current, rated short-time withstand current, and rated peak withstand current all achieve high levels; for instance, rated short-circuit breaking current reaches 50kA. 2. Electrical configurations: Multiple main circuit designs are available across numerous specifications to accommodate diverse user requirements. For instance, the GGD1 type offers 49 configurations and 123 specifications, while the GGD2 type provides 53 configurations and 107 specifications. IV. Normal Operating Environmental Conditions |
